Nutella dessert Cream

For 4/5 people
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 25 grams of sugar
  • 30 cl of milk
  • 130 g of liquid cream
  • 7 tablespoons Nutella
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar
In a saucepan, bring the milk and cream, then pour over the eggs while stirring.
put it all back on the fire, continue stirring, heat the cream until simmering
Stop the cooking, add 7 tablespoons of Nutella and mix until it looks like a smooth cream.
pour into jars and let cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours minimum.
